Services
RST Rochester Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney rebuilding, tuckpointing, retaining walls, stone patios, and related masonry work. All services are provided subject to availability and our acceptance of your project. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates provided are approximate and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered or if project scope changes. Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to you before proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your written contract or agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties on our services as specified in your written contract. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of work performed and materials used. Warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our team to complete the work. You are responsible for securing pets and removing any valuable or fragile items from the work area. While we take precautions to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to landscaping, underground utilities not properly marked, or items not disclosed during the initial consultation.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have been ordered or work has begun. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect the final price and timeline.
Limitation of Liability
RST Rochester Masonry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Permits and Compliance
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring any HOA approvals or special permissions are obtained. We comply with all local building codes and regulations. You agree to allow inspections by local authorities as required.
Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be handled according to Minnesota state law. Any legal action must be filed in the appropriate court in Olmsted County, Minnesota.
